I am a postdoctoral researcher, a molecular biologist.

I am working at the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epiegenetics in the Genome Biology department.

I am passionate about curious biological phenomena and cutting-edge molecular techniques to understand genome structure and function.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, exploring nature, baking, and gardening.

I also enjoy learning about whatever interests me, such as creating this website.

I grew up surrounded by the simple magic of the peaceful countryside 🌾—spending warm summer nights chasing fireflies ✨, catching crickets in the tall grass 🦗, and stargazing under clear, open skies 🌌. I remember gently poking the leaves of touch-me-not plants just to watch them fold shut 🌱, sipping sweet nectar straight from garden flowers 🌸, and humming along to the familiar rhythm of the evening cicadas 🎶. Yet my biology classes at school felt surprisingly dull, stuck in textbooks and theory 📖. It was not until my first year of university, when I learned about the double helix 🧬, that I fell in love with biology through a whole new lens—just like Alice stepping through the looking-glass.
